although i myself am trying to figure out pluses and minuses of intermittent fasting,i'd still say fasting intermittently is better that doing so on alternate days.
why?
because i read somewhere that although its done basically keeping in mind the animals fasting(on alternate days or so) but we human cant consume enough on the food days so u will lose weight.
plus the time span is almost 34-38 hrs depending on when u eat.
i personally dnt support staying food-less for so long because i have heard and its a common bad thing.
it does give ur organs some bad signals too.
so if u can do IF instead.
u should weigh both ends before u step in.
if u give some time,i'll give u a lil' more picture of goods and bads.
i myself am working on IF.
but not fasting on alternate days(i wont do that ever).
